Thomas P. "Pat" Washburn, a partner with De Leon & Wasburn, has been with the firm for twenty five years. During such time, Mr. Washburn has used his keen understanding of state regulation and the legislative process to provide his clients with unparalleled service with the upmost attention to detail.
In his spare time, Mr. Washburn performs with Acadêmicos da Ópera, a group of more than 50 drummers and dancers, specializing in the music and dance of Brazil. Though his particpation with the group, he performed thoughout North America, including Fort Worth's Bass Concert Hall, South Bend Indiana for the Notre Dame Alumni Band, and at Austin's Carnaval Brasileiro and Dia De Los Muertos in San Antonio.
