Lauren Schoenbaum joined De Leon & Washburn, P.C. in April of 2011. Her practice areas include Commercial and General Litigation, Administrative Law, Insurance and Insurance Regulatory Law, and Employment Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schoenbaum practiced Insurance Law, Administrative Law and Commercial Litigation. She earned her B.S.B.A in Marketing and International Business from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2004 and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2009. While at UT Law, Ms. Schoenbaum competed in Mock Trial, took part in the Children’s Rights Clinic and was an Articles and Notes Editor for the Texas International Law Journal. Her student note, Okinawa Dugong and the Creative Application of U.S. Extraterritorial Environmental Law, was published by the Journal in the Spring 2009 issue.Ms. Schoenbaum was licensed to practice law in Texas in November of 2009.
